Things to remember on a bright sunny day!
We all truly have a love hate relationship with the summer season. Its brings to us a numerous of joy.But there are few things that you should remember while in the summers.
Stay hydrated
I just cant stress enough on how important it is to stay hydrated. Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water or replace a few glasses of plain water with buttermilk or coconut water to add extra benefits of hydration.
Staying hydrated comes with a lot of health benefits and plays a vital role in keeping the skin firm and healthy.
2.Use sunglasses to protect your eyes
Many of us wear shades for a sort of fashion statement but friends let me tell you the necessity of wearing shades during the day time. Shades protects our eyes from the harmful UV rays of the sun. Lower eyes are the most sensitive area of our face and we better take care of it.
3.Wear a sunscreen
Never skip on a sunscreen. It protects you from the harmful UV rays of the sun which may cause skin cancer, it also helps in eliminating the signs of aging plus it protects the tone and texture of your skin. So ladies and gentlemen if you dont have a sunscreen or are not wearing one, just get it right now and enjoy its benefits.
4.Eat seasonal fruitsWe just cannot miss on our favourite summer fruits, be it mangoes, litchis or berries. Eating seasonal fruits helps you keep your vitamins in check as it is filled with antioxidants and keeps you healthy.
5.Carry an umbrella
While you go out next time in the daytime, make sure you are carrying an umbrella, why to torture yourself with the scorching heat of the sun, an umbrella would give you a shelter and keep you away from tanning.
6.Wake up early and grab some Vitamin-DWhile sun rays are not really effective during the mid day, it is super beneficial in the early morning. The early morning sunlight helps you with Vitamin D and feels amazing on the body. Vitamin D is an important vitamin which our body requires for its healthy functioning. Sun is the major source of Vitamin D.
